Alan Casavantes and Pepe Aragon

The team

Two of us. Two languages. One way of working.

Most of their clients are buying a home for the first time, and many are the first in their family to do it. Reviews say the same things again and again: patient, explains everything, never pushy, worked around our schedules, spoke Spanish with my family.

Alan Casavantes

Buying and new homes

Alan grew up on Denver's North Side and studied business at Colorado State. He explains every date in the contract, works around your job, and answers in whichever language your family speaks. Many of his buyers find their home in the new neighborhoods north of Denver.

Buying your first home

Your first home, step by step.

Nobody should feel lost buying a home. Here is the whole road, in order.

  1. 1

    A first conversation

Tell us what you want and what worries you. No cost and no pressure. We send our brokerage disclosure first, so you know exactly how we work.

  2. 2

    Talk to a lender

A licensed lender tells you what you can borrow and which programs you qualify for. Colorado has down payment assistance, including CHFA and metroDPA, and we point you to the official information.

  3. 3

    See homes on your schedule

Evenings and weekends work. Showings are set once a short written buyer agreement is in place, which is standard in Colorado.

  4. 4

    Offer and negotiate

We walk you through every number: price, concessions, inspection and appraisal. Then we negotiate for you.

  5. 5

    Every date until the keys

Contract deadlines matter. We keep you posted on each one until closing day, in English or Spanish.

  6. We never quote interest rates or loan terms. A licensed lender does, in writing.

Where we work

Denver, block by block.

Pepe's home turf

Lincoln Park and the Art District on Santa Fe

Two-story brick Victorians and row houses, many from about 1900, galleries along Santa Fe Drive with First Friday art walks, and the 10th & Osage light rail station a few blocks away.

Alan's roots

The north side

Where Alan grew up. Older brick homes north of downtown, near Globeville and Elyria-Swansea, where the four-acre park over I-70 opened in 2023.

New construction

New homes up north

Thornton, Northglenn, Brighton, Henderson and Fort Lupton, where new neighborhoods keep opening. Builders often offer incentives, and we help you compare them line by line.

Wherever you're looking

Across the metro

Their sales also reach Aurora, Commerce City, Parker, Lakewood, Arvada and Morrison.

Meet Mateo

Calls answered at 9 PM on a Tuesday, in English or Spanish.

Mateo is Pepe and Alan's AI assistant. He answers the phone, texts and this website at any hour, explains the next step without rushing anyone, sets up a time to see a home, and makes sure Pepe or Alan has everything by morning.

See how Mateo works

8:20 PM Tue · First-time buyer

“We want to buy our first house, but we don't know where to start.”

Mateo: Next steps explained in plain words, brokerage disclosure sent, a Thursday-evening call with Alan booked around both jobs.

Illustrative moments. People and times are examples.

Selling

Selling? It starts with Pepe's read on price.

A real market analysis

Priced from recent comparable sales and walked through with you in person, along with what is worth fixing before you list and what isn't.

Negotiation that holds up

A contingency sale on a tight timeline, a buyer who goes quiet, a contractor running late: Pepe keeps the sale moving.

8z seller programs

Through 8z, eligible sellers can use Cash Buy Before Sell, Instant Sale and Listing Concierge.

Lincoln Park and the 80204

Thirteen of the sales on their own site are in Denver's 80204 ZIP code, around Lincoln Park and the Art District.

What's your home worth?

Tell us about your home. Pepe prepares a market analysis from recent comparable sales and walks you through it in person.

In their clients' words

5.0 from 60 reviews.

31 on Zillow and 29 on Google, every one five stars. A few, word for word:

★★★★★

“Not only are my husband and I first time homebuyers, but we are first generation homebuyers. We came in with only a homebuyers class under our belts. Alan was consistent in his professionalism, communication, and dedication to us as his clients. Every step of the way he kept us in the loop for updates, offered his recommendations to us (but never pressured or made us feel bad for choosing other ways of doing things)…”

“Using Pepe Aragon as our agent was probably one of the best real estate decisions we've ever made. Pepe guided us through a very complicated contingency sale on a very tight timeline.”

★★★★★

“Advised me not to sell another property and wait for 1-2 years bc the conditions were not favorable to me (he put my interest first than him cashing out on his commission)”
